"The market was slow and it was difficult for a newcomer to compete for business with well-established agents." During her first couple of years in the business she often asked herself "What am I doing here?"

But the answer was this: it was in her blood. And as an optimist she was sure that if she could make it through these rough times, then all the hard work, the deep knowledge of the market that she was building up, and her unflagging commitment to the career she loved would eventually make her a success, and it did. Today Claire-Ann is one of Sage Real Estate's top-selling and award winning REALTORS®.

Claire-Ann attributes her success in part to the special understanding she has of the people who come to her and their unique needs. She has always believed that real estate is above all a "lifestyle choice" for her clients a lifestyle choice that ultimately turns into a profitable investment.

Claire-Ann's objective is simple: To sell your home for the highest price, in the shortest amount of time, with the least possible inconvenience to you.

Mary-Kate has been buying and selling Real Estate in Toronto since 2009, and there is no other industry she would rather be in. Growing up as the daughter of Claire-Ann, it would seem as though she would following in her successful mother's footsteps as a young protégé, if you will.

Mary-Kate decided to brave the world of Real Estate in her own way for the first little bit, working alongside the top real estate team in the Beaches/ Leslieville/Danforth Area. She soon started moving more central, and buying and selling condos in the down town core of Toronto.

As time (or fate) would have it, after a year and a bit in the industry, Mary-Kate joined Claire-Ann to complete, The Rose Team. Focusing mainly in the central core of Toronto (Leaside, Davisville Village, Moore Park, North York, Lawrence Park, High Park, Water Front, Down Town Core, and the East end of Toronto).

She is sharp and contemporary, working hard in order to better serve the Rose Team's growing clientele and the 'next generation' of buyers and sellers. She possesses a special blend of old-fashioned customer service and modern-day technology.
